What We Do
International Placement. Professionally Managed.
Scoutology represents international basketball players seeking entry into U.S. high school/preparatory programs.
We manage the entire process — academically, athletically, and administratively — with uncompromising structure, hands-on guidance, and comprehensive professional oversight.
Families are not left to navigate unfamiliar systems alone. We take ownership from start to finish.
This is not just another student exchange service.
This is full-service athlete placement and representation.
What We Handle
• Athletic and academic evaluation
• School identification and alignment
• Direct communication with programs
• Application and admissions coordination
• Scholarship positioning
• F-1 visa and SEVIS guidance
• Enrollment and transition planning
From your family’s first commitment to playing in the States, through confirmed enrollment and on-campus transition, we manage every step, every conversation, and every requirement.
Our Approach
For many international athletes, the pathway into the United States is uncertain — often limited to exposure camps without guaranteed placement or long-term structure.
Scoutology operates differently.
We work toward placement — not visibility.
• Dedicated representation — we take full responsibility for guiding and advocating for your family through the process.
• Targeted program alignment — we pursue schools that are the right academic, athletic, and personal fit.
• Direct advocacy with institutions — we work closely with coaches and admissions on your behalf.
• Structured timelines and decision guidance — families move forward with clarity, not pressure or uncertainty.
• Professionally managed from start to arrival — every step is handled with care, coordination, and accountability so families are never navigating alone.
Families are not asked to figure this out on their own. We lead the process — backed by established relationships, real placement experience, and the resources required to move families from interest to arrival.
The Outcome
Placement into a U.S. high school or preparatory program aligned with:
• Academic fit an eligibility security
• Daily development environment and coaching structure
• Transparent financial planning — tuition, scholarships, and total cost clarity
• A pathway that supports the athlete’s next level, not just the first stop
Results come from execution — and execution is our standard.
Why Families Trust Scoutology
Families are navigating unfamiliar ground.
They’re investing real resources into the opportunity.
And they’re preparing for their child to live and grow away from home.
We bring the experience, trusted relationships, and operational resources required to guide families forward with clarity, confidence, and support at every stage.
Scoutology operates as a professional intermediary between international basketball families and U.S. preparatory institutions, managing the operational realities of cross-border placement before schools are asked to engage.
We do not send prospects. We deliver enrollment-ready student-athletes.
Student-athletes are evaluated holistically — athletically, academically, and character-wise — with documentation, identity verification, and visa pathway readiness established before introduction. Transcripts, passports, and administrative requirements are aligned in advance so programs engage with prepared candidates from the outset.
Scoutology coordinates across countries, time zones, and systems daily, centralizing communication and setting expectations early for both families and institutions. Admissions and coaching staff are not asked to navigate international logistics internally.
Programs step into a structured process already in motion — one built to reduce friction, increase confidence, and make international enrollment executable at the institutional level.
Preparatory institutions value international representation — but sustained international enrollment requires infrastructure, not occasional access.
Scoutology functions as a standing global pipeline, continuously identifying and evaluating student-athletes across regions, development systems, and competitive seasons long before they surface on traditional recruiting radars. Programs gain access to talent markets beyond their internal reach.
The impact is structural.
Administrative friction is reduced.
Enrollment decisions carry greater confidence.
Athletics and admissions remain aligned.
International placement operates at an institutional standard.
This is not referral-based.
It is a managed pathway — delivering prepared, credible, enrollment-ready student-athletes while protecting the integrity and reputation of the institutions receiving them.
Scoutology connects college programs to international basketball prospects through professional-level scouting and long-term talent identification.
Our evaluators come from NBA and EuroLeague environments where projecting talent is not optional — it’s the standard. We assess players through the same lens: character, skill translation, role projection, physical measurables, decision-making profile, competitive context, and long-term development trajectory within U.S. systems.
Coaches are not receiving highlight clips.
They’re receiving structured evaluations that answer the questions that matter:
• How good is the player — really?
• What translates immediately?
• What requires development?
• What role does he or she project into?
• How does this fit our roster construction and scholarship model?
• What is the athlete’s character profile and coachability level?
• What is the family dynamic and support structure around the athlete?
• Are there behavioral, academic, or expectation risks to be aware of?
Skill projects, but character translates.
We reduce risk in international recruiting.
International recruiting has blind spots — geography, inconsistent film standards, unfamiliar competition levels, academic translation, and limited live evaluation opportunities.
We operate inside those gaps.
Scoutology tracks prospects across global club systems, academies, and competitive environments long before they enter traditional U.S. recruiting visibility. We evaluate in markets and at times most programs cannot consistently access.
Programs working with Scoutology gain earlier visibility, deeper context, and direct pathways into international talent pools — creating an edge over staffs relying on late-cycle exposure.
This is not mass distribution.
It is selective introduction, grounded in projection accuracy and roster alignment.
Done correctly, international recruiting is not speculative. It is strategic.
